Commissioned to under take a Fire Risk Assessment at this recently built residential premises, looking into compartmentation within the underground parking area.
Commissioned to undertake and provide a detailed disrepair report highlighted areas of damp and mould within the living room which had developed.
I have managed refurbishment works as illustrated in the photograph above. This property was part of a £1 Million cyclical external decoration programme undertaken.
